All Length Barre hair extensions are final sale.
Due to hygiene standards and quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges once hair has left our facility. This includes products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, or removed from original packaging.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, textures, lengths, and policies before completing a purchase.
Order Accuracy & Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a verified manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To submit a review, email us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Hair extensions
- Opened or used products
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Custom or special-order items
Shipping & Delivery
Length Barre is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase with Length Barre, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team may be challenged with:
- Proof of delivery
- Order confirmation
- This published return policy
- Customer acknowledgment at checkout
Fraudulent claims may result in the permanent restriction of future purchases.
